Tell us about your products that you propose to showcase at the By Hand, From The Heart.
Dhaval Chandarana : We will be bringing Organic Smoked Tofu, Organic Tofu, Vegan cakes and Okara Muesli. The Okara Muesli is one of our best sellers. It has the goodness of Soy pulp mixed with Organix flax seeds, Organic sunflower seeds, Organic cashews, dates, walnuts etc.
Frederic Cordonnier: I like the Organic Smoked Tofu the most as I haven’t seen anything like it in the Indian market. It has got a very distinguished flavor.
What’s your favourite pick with Aurosoya?
Dhaval Chandarana : I like the fact that both Aurosoya’s and my vision were pretty similar. “Healthy food for conscious Living.” It’s nice to spread awareness about a possibility of having good vegan healthy food.
What’s the best thing about being a vegan food entrepreneur/advocate?
Dhaval Chandarana : I would say the satisfaction at end of the day knowing that our work helps the people with a option of healthy yet delicious food and which doesn’t harm Mother Earth .
Dhaval Chandarana : The first word that comes to my mind when I think about Chennai is Home. And what better word to describe how I feel about Chennai. I have so many memories here and I’m happy I have spent most of my life here. Life here has a certain charm to it.
