By Hand from the Heart did not start in a very unlikely way. The curators met as participants at a high school Christmas sale and it was a likely friendship. What was unlikely about the journey was what became of that friendship and how it came about to have an impact on the many people who would associate with it over the years.
As entrepreneurs; we experienced various exhibitions – the good, bad and the ugly. We saw great scope for better practices & curated narratives in the event management for handmade / the creative community.
